The Grid > Expand/collapse groups submenu provides commands for expanding and collapsing groups in a grouped grid.

Expand selected rows

Expands all groups within the current set of selected row(s), if you currently have any rows selected iln the grid.

Collapse selected rows

Collapses all groups within the current set of selected row(s), if you currently have any rows selected iln the grid.

Expand all rows

Expands all groups.

 

Type… Name… Date

These are just examples of items you’ll find in this part of the menu, which lists all of the grouped columns. Selecting any of these menu items expands the grid to that item’s grouping level.

Collapse all rows
