The Export menu provides commands for exporting the window’s data to other formats.
Export menu options:

As Microsoft Excel file… |
Lets you export to a Microsoft Excel file, and optionally load the file for viewing.
|
|
|
As HTML file… |
Lets you export to an HTML file, and optionally load the file for viewing.
|
|
|
As XML file… |
Lets you export to an XML file, and optionally load the file for viewing.
|
|
|
As text file (tab delimited)… |
Lets you export to a tab-delimited text file, and optionally load the file for viewing.

Notes:
| · | Each of the above menu items leads first to a file dialog where you will choose a file name for saving the exported file. Once you’ve done that, the Export dialog will open to let you choose various exporting options and begin the export.
