View menu

The View menu contains commands for selecting the current “view” of ManagePLUS data, and for selecting various display options.

View menu options:

	Select Active Accounting Period…	Opens the Select Accounting Period dialog, where you may select an accounting period to use as the active accounting period, which in determines what period’s data is shown in certain data windows such as the Classes window.
	Allocation Features (Classes)…	Opens the Allocation Features dialog, where you may turn ManagePLUS Gold’s allocation features on or off, and select the allocation “target” or context. Tip: The word in parentheses in this menu item (Classes in this case) indicates the current allocation target.
	Toolbar	This checkbox menu item lets you show or hide the main toolbar.
	Customize Toolbar…	Open the Customize Toolbar dialog, where you may choose the buttons you want on the main toolbar, and other toolbar display options.
