The Reports > Profit & Loss > Active Period, quick reports submenu provides commands which give you quick access to reports that have a pre-selected set of report columns and date range subdivisions of the active accounting period.

ManagePLUS for QuickBooks starblue Reports > Profit & Loss > Active Period, quick reports submenu You may often use the reports available from this menu “as is”, but they can also serve as a handy starting point for creating your own custom reports. Just select one of the reports from this menu, and after the report window opens click on the Modify button in the report’s toolbar to change column selections or other report settings.

Selects financial and related statistics columns, reported by calendar month.

 

Financials, by Quarter

Selects financial and related statistics columns, reported by calendar quarter.

 

Qty 1, by Month

Selects Qty 1 and related statistics columns, reported by calendar month.
