The File menu contains basic commands for opening and closing ManagePLUS company files, plus other file-related and whole-program commands.

File menu options:

ManagePLUS for QuickBooks btnimgopenfolder File menu

Open Company…

Displays the Open Company dialog, which lets you create or open a ManagePLUS company, and do company maintenance activities like deleting companies you no longer use, or reconnecting a ManagePLUS company file to QuickBooks.

ManagePLUS for QuickBooks btnimgclosefolder File menu

Close Company…

Closes the currently open company.

Print

The result of choosing this menu item depends on what type of window (tab) is currently selected:

· Data window:  Opens the Print dialog.
· Report window:  Leads to the

Disconnect from QuickBooks

Closes any open connection ManagePLUS may have with QuickBooks.
