Purchase and Sale Units
These columns appear only in the Chart of Accounts window.
|Qty 1 unit ||Unit of measure for labeling transaction quantity totals associated with this income or expense account. |
|Qty 2 unit ||Unit of measure for labeling a second transaction quantity total associated with this income or expense account. This column is only present if you’ve enabled advanced quantity handling.
|A Mgmt Qty ||Management quantity A associated with this list item, used for producing per-unit information on reports. |
|A unit ||Unit of measure for A Mgmt Qty.
|B Mgmt Qty ||Management quantity B associated with this list item, used for producing per-unit information on reports.. |
|B unit ||Unit of measure for B Mgmt Qty.
These columns are only present in the ManagePLUS Gold version.
|Direct from Transactions ||Amounts assigned directly to this list item by QuickBooks transactions. |
|Indirect (from sublevels) ||Amounts accumulated to this list item from its sublevels (children). (See the discussion of amounts accumulated from children in the Making allocations topic.) |
|Total before Allocation ||Represents this list item’s amount before any allocations have been received (IN) or allocated to others (OUT). |
|IN (allocations from others) ||Amounts this list item has been allocated (IN) from other items. |
|Available to Allocate ||Amount available for allocating from this list item to other cost centers and/or profit centers. |
|OUT (allocated to others) ||Amount allocated by this list item (OUT) to other cost centers and/or profit centers. |
|Unallocated ||Amounts available but not allocated OUT by this list item.
|Total after Allocation ||Net revenue or expense status of this item if both allocations IN and OUT are included. |
